Information submitted to Renoed.
This notice explains how information sent through Renoed’s estimate and property-damage inquiry forms is used in connection with the requested construction conversation.
Information collected
The forms may collect your name, phone number, email address, preferred contact method, service area, city, property address or neighborhood, property and project type, timeline, referral source, project description, callback preference, and consent. A property-damage inquiry may also collect the damage type and date, source-repair status, occupancy, claim stage, optional insurance company, and optional claim number.
Optional files
You may choose to upload property-condition photos, plans, or claim-related PDFs. Do not upload Social Security numbers, payment-card or bank information, medical records, passwords, or documents unrelated to the requested construction work. Files are stored separately from the inquiry record using the site’s managed file-storage service.
How information is used
Renoed uses submitted information to understand the requested work, respond by the selected contact method, prepare an estimate conversation, coordinate next steps, and maintain an inquiry record. The site’s hosting, database, storage, and notification providers process information as needed to operate this submission system.
Retention and requests
Inquiry records and files may be retained while Renoed evaluates, communicates about, performs, or documents the requested work and for reasonable business-record purposes afterward. To request access, correction, or deletion of information submitted through this website, email admin@renoed.com.
Insurance notice
A property-damage form is a construction inquiry. It is not an insurance claim, policy interpretation, legal advice, or guarantee of coverage or payment. Insurance decisions remain with the applicable policy, carrier, and authorized claim participants.
